Sometimes clients are not seeing their changes.  You and the client see it in the editor but not the live website.

Things you can do:

WEB MANAGER 

1. Publish the website.

2.. clear browser cache > Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari (browser, iPhone)

3. go to the website editor 

4. click on "Clear Cache" on the top of the editor 0220806001602700875.jpg

5. Publish


LEGACY EDITOR

1. Publish the website.

2.. clear browser cache > Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari (browser, iPhone)

3. go to the editor (example.com.edit.officite.com)

4. Click on "Website Management" on the blue bar

5. left column > Click on "Website Settings"

6. Click on "Rebuild Data Cache"

7. Click on "update"

8. left column > click on "Go Live"

9. Click on the "Go Live!" button again, there should be a list of changes.

10. Clear your cache > and "Go Live!" again just for fun.

11. Check the live website, you might have to clear the browser cache again.

12.  You can always "Purge Cache in Cloudflare" and ask a colleague to confirm changes are live on their computer.
