Please see the instructions below for how to create a new lead when you upsell a product.
- On the account level, you will click the New Lead button.
- Enter the first and last name of the contact purchasing product
- Click the Client Services Lead box
- In the description, enter in the products and price (set-up and monthly recurring)
- Click Save – Amy/Patti will complete the order process
