Fixing the Widget
There are two things normally wrong with the rate-a-biz widgets. The stars are normally overlapping with a weird multi-star background, and the width of the widget is only 220px.
Step 1:
Replace the 220px line in the code that was sent to you with 100% to adjust the width of the rate-a-biz review widget to be 100% of the container.

Add the following to the CSS:
p.recommendation-rate { color:#fff; } .icon-star { background-image:none!important; }
Step 2.5:
You will sometimes need to add this code if you see boxes next to the stars
span.icon-star.on::before { display: none; } span.icon-star.half::before { display: none; }
